The CAA/AAA Four Diamond Sheraton Centre Toronto is connected to PATH, a 16-mile underground network of shops and services. The Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel is located across from city hall, and is in the heart of the financial and entertainment district. The largest city in Canada, Toronto is a cosmopolitan area with a large international population. The center of Canadian finance, it also has a lively cultural scene with art galleries, superb restaurants and world-class shopping.

The SMDM Group Rate has been extended through Monday, October 18, 2010, based on availability.
Extra person charge is, $30.00 CAD per room per night. Children under 18 may stay for free in their parent's room using existing bedding.
The guest room rates established for Group's meeting will be offered three (3) days prior and three (3) days after the meeting dates, subject to availability of guest rooms at the time of reservation.

GTD/DEPOSIT POLICY
For reservations guaranteed with a form of payment at time of booking, rooms are held until hotel check-out time the day following arrival. For reservations not guaranteed with a form of payment at time of booking, rooms are held until set cancellation time per the rules of the reservation. In the event more guests arrive than can be accommodated due to hotel overbooking or an unforeseen circumstance, and hotel is unable to hold rooms consistent with this room hold policy, hotel will attempt to accommodate guests, at its expense, at a comparable hotel in the area for the oversold night(s), and will pay for transportation to that hotel.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night late cancellation charge
EARLY DEPARTURE FEE
In the event that a guest checks out prior to the guest's reserved checkout date, an early departure fee of $50.00 CAD plus taxes will be charged to that guest's individual account. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise Hotel at or before check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay. Hotel will inform members of Group of this fee upon check-in.
LATE CHECKOUT FEE
- Standard Hotel departure time is 12 pm. Should you require a late checkout the Sheraton Centre offers the following options at a nominal fee:
- 12pm - 4pm $50.00
- 12pm - 6pm $100.00
- As an alternate method we also offer 24-hour Luggage Storage.

PARKING
The hotel offers Valet Parking for $40.00 CAD per night with unlimited in and out privileges. Availability is limited to 215 spots and are distributed first come, first served. The hotel extends up to 30 minutes complimentary parking in our Motor Court for the unloading of luggage at time of arrival. There are various City and privately owned parking lots in the neighbourhood of the hotel. Rates vary from $5.00 to $20.00 per hour, with daily maximums of $5.00 to $40.00. INTERNET ACCESS
The hotel has High Speed Data Access in all guest rooms, with three packages to choose from:
- 1-Daily internet Package $14.95/ 24hr period
- 2-Daily Internet+Roaming in public areas wireless $19.95/ 24hr period
- 3-Premium (Increased) Bandwidth daily package in room + Roaming in public areas wireless $ 21.95/ 24hr period
Wireless is available in all public areas, restaurants and pool area for a fee of $6.99 per hour (Club level guests have access to complimentary wireless internet in the Club Lounge). Wired and wireless access is available in all our meeting rooms.
"The Link" Internet Café is available for all hotel guests to use complimentary Internet access for one hour.
POOL HOURS
The Pool opens from 7:00a.m. till 10:00p.m. Sunday through Thursday; 7:00a.m. till 11:00p.m. Friday and Saturday. The GYM is open 24 hours.
