What are Short Courses?
Short courses are held the day before the annual meeting and in the past we have offered as many as 5 full day courses, 5 to 8 Morning courses and 5 to 8 Afternoon courses. Course size is general small varying from 10-15 to 20-30 per course, depending on the materials being presented and hands on work being conducted during the course.
Short Courses offer a great opportunity to learn something new from leaders in the field. Whether you're new to the field of medical decision making and attending your first meeting, or one of our Emeriti members, there is a short course for you. It is always a great way to start the meeting and to broaden your knowledge base.
