| WHY YOU SHOULD BOOK EARLY: |
It has been brought to our attention that the 2011 SMDM Annual Meeting dates, October 22-26, 2011 will overlap with two other city-wide conferences being held in Chicago. During this time Chicago is expecting over 10,000+ conference attendees.
SMDM has contracted with the Hyatt for a limited number of sleeping rooms and once our block is filled the hotel most likely will not have additional rooms to offer. The same is true for surrounding hotels as they are being used by these two other city-wide conferences.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancel your reservation at least 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid one night's room and tax penalty
INTERNET ACCESS
Internet Access is included in your guest room rate for attendees staying in the SMDM block.
GTD/DEPOSIT POLICY
A major credit card will be required by the hotel to hold your room reservation.
PARKING
Hotel Parking (indoor valet) with in/out privileges. (6ft 8in clearance) The charges are as follows:
0-2 hrs $28.00
2-4 hrs $36.00
4-6 hrs $48.00
6-24 hrs $50.00
Overnight - $50.00 with in/out privileges
NON-HYATT PARKING:
Monroe Street Parking (indoor/underground), 5 blocks South. They offer 24-hour parking with no in/out privileges. For extended period parking, call Monroe Street Parking at 312-616-0600.
* No motorcycle parking is allowed at the hotel. Guests driving motorcycles can park at the nearby Park Millennium Garage (312-946-0452), which offers 24-hour parking with no in/out privileges.
