Continuing Medical Education (CME) Credits

This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) through the joint sponsorship of the University of Alabama, School of Medicine and The Society of Medical Decision Making. The University of Alabama, School of Medicine is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

There is a $25.00 processing fee for those attendees who wish to receive a CME Certificate for the SMDM Annual Meeting. Please check this option on your registration form.

Total possible CME Hours being offered at the annual meeting is 20.75. Please see the chart below for breakdown of CME hours available.

If you register for CME Processing you will receive a CME Credit Application on site. You will need to complete the online meeting evaluation form by going to the SMDM 2009 Annual Meeting Website. Then Fax or Mail this form to the address below to be received before Friday, November 6, 2009. Your certificate will be faxed to you by the University of Alabama, School of Medicine.
